The terms hereof shall constitute ClarityBrew’s (“Company”) cancellation and refund policy in relation to the Coaching Services rendered on the Website (“Cancellation and Refund Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Coaching Services Agreement.

If either party wishes to reschedule a conflict coaching session, they must do so by giving atleast 24 hours’ notice (“Notice”) to the other party via email. Sessions rescheduled by the Client without Notice, shall not be rescheduled. If the Coach fails to provide sufficient Notice, the Coach shall use reasonable efforts to reschedule the session.

Either party may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship at any time of their coaching relationship with a 7 day notice via email to the other party explaining the reasons for doing so. In case of such termination, the Client shall be issued a prorated refund for the Coaching Services that was paid for but not fulfilled.
